But I can’t work with everyone.
And more shocking…
I don’t like working with everyone.
But you don’t either!
For some, I’m not the right fit. For others, they are not the right fit for me.
But what is the right way to figure that out?
One popular way is a “disguised sales pitch” called a “Strategy Session.”
But for me (and you) I find the best way to see if it makes sense for us to figure it out is to dive in and start working together.
That means we get on the phone, have a conversation around your goals and challenges, roll up our sleeves, and start working on them.
I don’t withhold ideas. I don’t withhold strategies.
It’s not uncommon for us to create solutions and strategies right then and there – and be complete.
At other times, it becomes apparent to you or me that there isn’t a match.
And at others, we decide it makes sense to continue working together. Sometimes that looks like a 90-day process, other times, I’ve walked side-by-side with clients for 15+ years.
But in the beginning, we can’t know any of that.
What we can do is work together on your challenges for an hour or more and see what we discover.
